I borrow a wheelchair for my mom for visiting NYC. Everything worked absolutely perfect, thank you so much, because by foot, she she would never have experienced the city like this. I would like to have this service in Germany too.

The rental was seamless. The only issue was the knobs to collapse the back of the chair for transport were broken. Otherwise, very helpful for our trip!
