I inadvertently left a 2 star rating but I meant to leave 5 stars. Renting a wheelchair for my mom’s visit to Orlando from Cloud of Goods was a very positive experience. The chair was dropped off on time and they were gracious enough to extend my reservation for one extra day at no charge. The company was very easy to work with and the communication was excellent. I will definitely use Cloud of Goods again.

Great service, very professional. The wheelchair drop off and pick-up were at the appropriate times and very convenient. The company was flexible when I had to make a change while on vacation. This is perfect company for wheelchair rental.

Excellent service!!! The wheelchair was at the hotel on time and picked up with no issues! Will definitely be using Cloud again!
