The woman who dropped off the scooter was on time but didn’t show me how to use the scooter. I had to figure it out for myself as well as how to charge the scooter.

Could not have had a better experience. Scooter was at the resort when we arrived (with a macadamia tart as a bonus welcome gift) and worked like a dream. When we decided we also wanted a portable motorized chair, Don brought it the same day and showed me how to set it up. He also checked in multiple times to see how we were doing and to keep us apprised on the volcano eruption.
