Sheree texted me before my trip to assure me that my scooter would be ready and again before it was time for pick-up to make sure my plans hadn’t changed and I was still leaving as originally planned. The scooter worked well and made my getting to and from conference meetings pleasurable. It was a personal touch.

I was so easy to pick up the scooter when I arrived at the Port of Galveston for our cruise. I did not have to go searching and looking for the representative he was not 20 feet from the entry door. The scooter was perfect for me and so easy to maneuver around the ship. When the cruise was completed I was able to use it to get off the ship back to the location where I picked the scooter up and from there I was able to ride the shuttle back to my car. It was so easy and representatives for Cloud of Goods were so pleasant. I give them a 5 star rating and I have already recommended your company to several other individuals for their cruises. Thank you and I will contact you for my next cruise in a couple of months

I enjoyed everything!!! The rental was very easy to navigate and the customer service was A1.... The scooter was waiting for me when I got there and the Lady that delivered it stayed until I got there to make sure everything was fine!!! I added a umbrella and a rear basket and she put them on perfectly together!!!!! I was able to maneuver around the ship and most importantly in and out of my stateroom!!! Thank you for everything, I will be using you again and recommending you to anyone I know who needs one for anything!!
