This was a remarkable experience. I had apparently made a mistake when ordering my scooter for Thanksgiving Day at Disney Springs. I thought for a moment I wouldn't be able to get around because of my error. But I was elated to learn that the company which was providing the scooter had a huge heart and made sure I received the machine at my convenience. This was awesome and I am so thankful! Especially on this special day of giving thanks!

We needed to arrange a last minute delivery of a scooter for my mother so she could enjoy her cruise to the Caribbean. After booking on the website we were contacted via phone by a very nice person explaining the process, including where to find the scooter, how to operate, how to charge and where to return etc,. We located the scooter within minutes of arriving at Port Canaveral Cruise terminal, unlocked the key and within minutes my mother was a expert in cruising around in comfort with this scooter. Without this scooter our trip would have been extremely altered or even canceled. She was able to explore the ship, make it to events and even enjoy every port of call. We got off the Carnival MardiGras yesterday and are still talking about how getting this scooter saved her experience. 11 out of 10
