First time using this service and so happy I did. Picked up the mobility scooter from the bell desk at the hotel and left it there at the end of the trip. Easy to use, fully charged and easy to charge in room. Would definitely use cloud of goods again.

Delivery was well done, on time and at proper location. The scooter operation was easy and very useful in the large Long Beach Convention Center. It would have been good to have a secure location at the convention center to store it each evening, rather than having to break it down and put it in the trunk of the car, but/and assume this was not under CloudofGoods' control. Received a strange call on 11/18 something to the effect that there had been a report that I wanted to keep it another couple of days, which was never true. I used it during a convention at the Long Beach Convention Center, which I knew from the start would end on Nov 17th, which it did, and I told that to your rep who called on 11/18. He said you would pick it up at the motel, as we had agreed from the beginning.

I love cloud of goods. When you are disabled this is exactly the company you need. Effecient, east reliable and definately affordable. I will recommend everyone I know thats needs assistance. Even when I am on vaca.

Really like the courtesy of the staff as well as the drop-off/ pickup times were very close to our needs, eliminating an extra rental day to suit their times (am only pickup/drop-off). We love weekend visits to Anaheim and wiIl ALWAYS use Cloud of Goods for these trips, as well as refer to friends for any scooter needs. Thank you! A++ Did I mention ease of function and my mother had maneuverability mastered in first ten minutes?
