“Delivery was well done, on time and at proper location. The scooter operation was easy and very useful in the large Long Beach Convention Center. It would have been good to have a secure location at the convention center to store it each evening, rather than having to break it down and put it in the trunk of the car, but/and assume this was not under CloudofGoods' control. Received a strange call on 11/18 something to the effect that there had been a report that I wanted to keep it another couple of days, which was never true. I used it during a convention at the Long Beach Convention Center, which I knew from the start would end on Nov 17th, which it did, and I told that to your rep who called on 11/18. He said you would pick it up at the motel, as we had agreed from the beginning. ”
