Very easy to deal with. Great customer service. They delivered the scooter to the hotel before we arrived. Picked it up after we left. I recommend Cloud of Goods.

The scooter was a advertised. We think the batteries need to be replaced, it would not last as long as it should. Delivered when promised and it ran well when the batteries lasted.

Las Vegas personnel were great; customer call center left much to be desired. When there is a problem, I prefer to talk to a person that speaks clearly. I could not communicate with the persons I had to work with.
