I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the ability to change my rental time without any issues. Will most definitely rent from your agency again. Also, the blue "cloud of goods" sign on the back of the seat was most helpful in being able to keep up with the scooter in the crowds!

There were a few problems with the scooter that were inconvenient but not disabling. The basket was broken, the front foot platform was loose and rubbed against the front wheels, the power level indicator seemed to have a glitch showing power level low but would return to full green after switching key off and on. Delivery and pickup great as promised and price was right. Last years rental must have been sparkly new, so I could tell this one was well used. Otherwise I was happy and will return

The mobility scooter i had booked was delivered to our resort as scheduled, as was the pick up. We were given the opportunity to extend the rental period but that wasn't necessary for us.
