Everything was great but was a little concerned about just leaving the scooter without somebody being there to hand it over to. But I was assured it would be ok. Would recommend him

Delivery & pickup of the scooter was on time and seamless. Adam were polite & courteous & very was very patient explaining how the scooter worked. He took the time to answer my questions & ensured I understood how to operate it. It's was easy to use to get around & it was great to have mobility. Highly recommend.

Pleasant and effective communication with the vendor, Gateway Rentals direct by phone and text. Was able to easily change pick up schedule due to weather. Lightweight scooter worked great for a person under 150 lbs. Cloud of Goods is a cost effective way to rent a scooter for multiple days.
