I think your customer service was excellent. You delivered the ECV to my hotel and it was waiting for me when I got there. Even though I had a issue with the battery you rectified the situation immediately. Customer service like this isn't present like this in many companies. I felt like I received a great personal experience. Thank you.

Love the delivery service as well as the fact the battery worked all day and still had charge. My mother enjoyed our vacations as the acooter was compact and easy to drive and carry into the suv. Highly recommend the service
