Our pickup and drop off was seamless. The vendor clearly educated us about how to use the device. We experienced no issues while using the device at a large stadium.

The chair died on me and I ended up having to push the device. Do charge before use. Otherwise, I was able to use the device for all I needed.

Delivery was seamless. Easy drop off at our Hotel. Jose explained everything and had both batteries charged and ready to go. Scooter was in good condition, and worked well. It was invaluable to us to have this service available while traveling. Would definitely look at using Cloud of Good on our next Trip.
