My wife and I rented scooters for a trip to SeaWorld with our grandkids. We would not have been able to do the trip without the scooters. Delivery and pickup was right on time. Batteries held up very well and scooters were strong all day. Delivery driver was very helpful and extremely courteous. P

Great experience and communication! I didn’t think about the drop off at the hotel and that the hotel room was not booked under my name. Thank you for still leaving the scooter despite my failure to communicate that to you. Perhaps someone else may not think about this detail and it might be a question to add to any hotel drop off. Thank you again!

Except for the misunderstanding mix up with the drop off location and the missing cup holder I thought was on my order… I thought the whole rental was a great experience. I am grateful for your work.

It was a wonderful experience. The scooters were delivered and picked up right on time. The lady who did both delivery and pickup was very nice and very professional. The scooters were perfect. They had long-range battery capability and only had to be charged every few days. The scooters were strong, very clean and easy to operate. I would say ordering from your company was A+. I would most certainly recommend your company who wished for very reliable service. The other couple we were traveling with have a time share at Disney and they took down all your information so they can order a scooter from you in the future. Only thing I would suggest was changing my cane holder from way in the back to mount on the side of the front column for easy excess. In the back of the scooter you barely fit in the elevators and bump into places when backing up. We rented from another scooter before and the cane holder was right next to the front basket on the column. It was very convenient. Something you should think about. Thanks for making our vacation at Disney World wonderful and so easy for me to get around in the parks. We appreciated all that was done by your wonderful company.

Don't miss out on fun because of poor mobility. This could not have been easier. To rent a scooter for my visit to see my daughter in New Orleans was the best decision I ever made. Very easy to use and it held the charge all day. They will deliver it anywhere and pick it up whenever you ask. This was my 2nd time using a motorized scooter and I won't hesitate to use it again when I do anything I don't have the stamina for. I encourage you to jump in the game without the pain of walking.
