Appreciated the convenience of having the scooter delivered. The scooter had a good battery that made it through the large theme parks without mid-day recharge. I worked with Rasha coordinating drop-off and pick-up, she was responsive via text and call and helpful with questions. Thank you for offering this rental service.

The delivery and pickup of the item was seamless. However, the item itself wasn't in great condition. The horn didn't work, nor did the reverse horn.
