The delivery and pickup of the item was seamless. However, the item itself wasn't in great condition. The horn didn't work, nor did the reverse horn.

I had to order a scooter at the last minute for my mother the day we were going to Epcot. Dayvid was quick to respond. It was delivered to our resort within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, we did not receive the heavy duty scooter that I ordered, but the light scooter we got did the job. We needed to adjust the pick up time on the last day and he was very accommodating.

Scooter was in great condition and easy to use. The team at clod of goods rocked. They were easy to communicate with and they delivered and picked up from my location The whole process was easy. I was last minute on my rental and they still came through for me. I would definitely do business with them again.

I loved the service. My mom enjoyed the scooter very much and she was able to go to different places and stores with us. I definitely consider rent again with Cloud of goods. The staff and service were excellent. I will recommend this service to anyone I know.
