This was the 2nd time I have rented a scooter from Cloud of Goods, and certainly won't be the last.
They delivered it to the hotel that I was staying at. The driver was very clear about when she would be there and kept me informed about her approximate time of arrival.
When she got there, as she was assembling it, she was explaining how to operate it, how to charge it, when I would know it needed charging, and when I would know that it was fully charged. I actually didn't need that information, as I have the same scooter at home. It was just easier to rent one then to travel with mine.
Their prices were very reasonable, and the scooter they delivered was in very good condition and very clean.
When it was time to return it, the driver was also very clear about what time she would arrive to pick it up. The whole experience was very convenient and the company was very pleasant to deal with.
