Delivery was exceptional. We communicated via phone calls about expected delivery time. They were very prompt with delivery. They said 1:00 pm and I heard a knock on the door precisely at 1:00 pm. I’m impressed!! I followed the instructions on picking up the unit and soon after, pick up was confirmed. They made this process easy for us as we wanted temporary use of a walker for our Elder family member on a cruise.
