Cloud of Goods was able to provide us with a wheelchair on short notice before our cruise. The customer service was outstanding! I was able to reach a person on the phone each time I called. The gentlemen Arturo, who delivered our wheelchair, was easily accessible by phone and text. He spoke with me on the phone multiple times, as I had a mix up with our cruise terminal number. Arturo was kind, incredibly helpful and calm, which was needed because I was completely frazzled! At the end of the cruise Arturo picked up our wheelchair at the terminal location we provided to him. Thank you Arturo and thank you Clouds of Goods for being there when we were in desperate need of a wheelchair.
