How do I arrange a stroller rental in Colorado Springs through Cloud of Goods?

The process is completely online and incredibly simple. Just select the dates of your trip, choose the perfect baby carriage for your child, and enter your delivery address at checkout. We bring the gear straight to your local accommodation.

Can I get a buggy delivered directly to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo?

Absolutely! We specialize in delivering right to the places you need them most. Simply provide the attraction's address or your hotel details, and our local delivery partners will meet you there to hand off the equipment.

What types of child transport gear do you offer for visitors?

Our expansive inventory includes standard strollers for everyday walks, double strollers for multiple children, and rugged jogging strollers that handle the scenic paved pathways at Garden of the Gods with ease. We even carry stroller wagons.

Are your prams suitable for older toddlers or just infants?

We offer options to accommodate various ages and sizes. When you click on any specific item, you can review its maximum weight capacity and size recommendations to ensure a safe and comfortable fit for your growing toddler.

Do you charge a security deposit when I rent baby equipment?

Cloud of Goods never requires a security deposit for your reservation. Our delivery partner will simply ask to verify your photo ID when they drop off the pushchair to ensure everything matches your order details securely.

I need a jogger today! Do you offer same-day delivery in town?

Yes, if you find yourself needing gear at the last minute, our Goods Now service is here to help. We can often arrange same-day drop-offs to your resort or vacation home so your family outing stays right on track.

How much does it typically cost to rent this equipment?

Pricing varies slightly based on the specific model you select and the total number of days you need it. You can see exact daily rates by entering your dates on our website, and we automatically apply multi-day discounts for longer trips.

Are there any hidden fees for delivering to my hotel?

Transparency is a top priority for us. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the distance from our local partner to your specified address. You will see the total cost upfront before completing your payment.

What happens if our travel plans change and we need to cancel?

We understand that family vacations can be unpredictable. You can review our flexible cancellation policy on our website, which outlines how to easily modify or cancel your booking prior to the scheduled drop-off time.

Can I rent other travel items alongside my stroller?

Definitely! Many parents bundle their orders to include items like car seats, high chairs, or even mobility scooters for older relatives. Everything arrives together, ensuring your entire group is fully equipped for a great vacation.

“So easy. Booked online and got a text from a real person in 10 minutes. Dropped off at our rental. Picked up the next night. Was able to text on the way home from Epcot and they arrived a few minutes after we did. The scooter lasted all day - 9 am until 7 pm. It still had charge when we got home. High quality at a great price. Higher recommend."
