The pick up and drop off service was excellent!! One of the scooters actually malfunctioned after a few minutes of using it, making it null and void for the rest of our trip. I ended up pushing my dad around in his wheelchair while his friend scooted around in the second scooter. The second scooter worked great! I know machines break down unexpectedly and though it was a bit of a set back and an inconvenience, I do thank you for making our week as special as possible! Hoping to speak with someone soon about what happened. Thank you!
