Rosa was wonderful- patient and kind.
The wheelchair was a piece of crap. The footrests kept falling down and causing bruises. The front wheels were wobbly- couldn’t hold position and got stuck on the smallest crack. I was almost thrown out multiple times. Folding the chair was easy but it made a terrible noise when I did, disrupting those around me. I rented a wheelchair in Scotland that had all terrain wheels, as I asked for here, and I had no problem. I was very disappointed in your chair but not your service.
