Mario was very accommodating and pleasant. He was able to clear up the misrepresentation that your company provided in the fact that the Aquarium states that "Cloud of Goods" was no longer allowed to mention the Aquarium on their website. I also feel that $71 was very steep charge for using a scooter for 5hours (11am -4pm) Your website only allows to select 7pm and therefore being charged 3 extra hours. The Aquarium closes at 5pm

Great customer service. The equipment was great, I rented a scooter.Mario has a great honest business. My daughter left a bracelet in the back pouch and they found it and returned it thank you so much Mario I appreciate doing business with you guys.

Renting was easy and would recommend to anybody. The scooter was in perfect condition and performed perfectly. I took on a cruise and it fit in cabin without being disassembled . Mario kept in touch before dropping off and the day I returned. I would absolutely use this service again when needed. Thanks for making my vacation fun !

Mario Carts Mobility was the best!!! Mario himself delivered and picked up our scooters. He is very friendly and professional and explained everything clearly and gave tips on how to safely get the scooters in and out of our SUV. He was very flexible with adjusting our pick up time to ensure our mom could participate in all activities without feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend Mario Carts Mobility to all and will request him when we're back in the Tampa area.
