Nestor who was supposed to pick up the walker never showed up. There was a problem with the 'pick-up as the driver had the wrong address. I had clearly made it evident upon renting the walker that the drop off and pick up would be different addresses. Therefore the pick up did not happen until Feb. 12. It was supposed to be picked up on Feb. 9..
Otherwise, the walker was very good.
