I requested an ultra-light scooter,but got a 4 wheeled heavier scooter that I could not lift on my own. I was lucky that I had help. The drop off was timely, but I kept having to ask for pickup because the driver did not show up at the initial designated time, nor at the requested time he proposed. Despite getting a different scooter than requested, I was very pleased with the quality and battery life of it. I did 3 ports, driving around the ship, and didn't have to recharge once. I was able to get this scooter inside a regular mini-suite cabin on Sun Princess. I would use this service again.
