The service from Mario was amazing, he dropped off our scooter at our condo prior to us arriving and he was just a phone call away to answer my questions on dismantling to load it in our van rental. Return, was the same Mario dropped by the front desk at the condo to pick it up for our return when we had already departed for the airport. We rented the light weight scooter for my 81 year old mother whom has difficultly getting around. I am a middle aged woman and I easily assembled and disassembled this scooter for loading and unloading in our van rental by myself. We shopped everyday with my mom using this scooter for our 21 day vacation without it, she would not have been able to join us for Christmas shopping. Thank you Mario!
