I didn’t even know that this service existed. From ordering to receiving the chair upon arrival at the hotel, the process was simple. Communication with delivery people was easy and straightforward. It would have been helpful to have operating and charging instructions but a Google search took care of that. All and all, I am happy with my experience. Thank you.
