The drop off window was not accurate. I chose between 12:00pm and 2:00 pm and didn’t get the wheelchair until after 2. When I contacted the company who was delivering it, they were able to give me a timeline that was more accurate and were very helpful.
The wheelchair itself was great and we had no issues with it. It was very helpful to have and reasonably priced.
The pickup time was also in accurate. I chose pick up between 8pm and 10 pm the day before we left town and i received no communication on when / who would be picking it up. I emailed Cloud of Goods before going to bed that night and received a call the next morning. They were able to confirm that the company would be picking it up after checkout and to leave it with the front desk. Thankfully the front desk was okay with this as well. It’s now been about a week since we left and I am only now getting the email confirmation that it was picked up and being asked to tip / review. I would absolutely use this again but with the knowledge that the time frames aren’t super accurate.
