Why do I rate my experience a 5 star when I didn't get what I ordered? Every business makes mistakes, and for me how you fix the mistake tells me a lot about the company. When Francis showed up with the wrong wheelchair he immediately apologized and went right into action on fixing the problem. His warehouse was based in Seattle and we were in Kent, about an hour away. I told him we were heading into Seattle to sight see and he said he would meet us where ever we end up and bring us an electric scooter instead of a manual wheelchair for our trouble. He met us in a parking garage, showed us how to disassemble and reassemble the scooter and made sure my Dad was comfortable with it. He went above and beyond in my opinion to fix the problem without any hassle, or fuss. He even suggested where we eat lunch at Pike's Market, and he didn't lead us astray there either, it was delicious! So thank you Francis for taking care of us and making sure we had what we needed to enjoy our vacation, we greatly appreciate it!
