Good product (wheelchair), good phone service, delivered and picked up on time. I would ren5 again.

I requested a scooter for my thanksgiving trip to Vegas since I just had a knee replacement. It was perfect! The scooter was waiting for me at my hotel, the battery life never went below 1/2 for all day use! And when we decided to extend our stay one more night, I was easily able to change my pick up to the next day which was also extremely easy!

A transport chair was delivered as scheduled, but it had someone else’s name and a different hotel drop off name. We called and were told to use the transport chair that was delivered.

It is a very reliable service and an excellent chair.
