“To whom it may concern the rental experience with Bradley was good. The customer service excellent.However, the quality of the hospital bed was poor. The hospital bed was nothing more than an old brown nursing home bed that was modified by adding an electric height adjustment gadget. The bed still had the opening where it once had the manual cranking lever. ”
