“That scooter drove in a very jerky manner. Trying to get it to drive smoothly was almost impossible. I loved the size and comfort, but it felt like riding a bronco. It was super convenient how it was right there at the hotel waiting for me. Your person who makes the initial contact for drop off and pickup was outstanding. He was extremely pleasant and informative. ”
