There were multiple changes to my order. I never did get a final confirmation of what I was getting. This caused me not to receive the backpack that I ordered. It fell off some kind of way and I could have really used it.

Seamless from initiating request for an ultra light scooter, to arranging for delivery location to finalizing pickup. Angi was super with immediate responses and information. She contacted me per text messages and updates. We visited the historic Biltmore Estate and conservatory without any problems at all.
