The scooter was delivered as promised. It would've been difficult to disassemble and assemble had I not been familiar with scooters. There were no instructions. Great service though. I would use them again if needed and I do recommend their service.

The need for a support mobility scooter came up quite suddenly and Cloud of Goods came through with a portable I was able to have dropped off at my hotel the day before my cruise sailed. The scooter worked out well for the need of putzing around the ship. The delivery and pickup went well. I was able to keep in touch with my vendor and found it easy to communicate with the provider. Thank you.

The scooter was the BEST! It was delivered straight to our hotel, and picked up after we checked out. It was fun to drive, and the assistance we received since I was in a scooter was great! Can’t say enough good things about our scooter service!
