I had 2 scooters during my conference. The 1st one didn't work properly and moved at a anail pace. Zoey and her team were very responsive and delivered a replacement scooter the next day that worked okay. Kudos to Zoey and the delivery gentleman.

The scooter I rented arrived on time. The delivery driver was friendly and also gave complete directions on how to use the scooter. All of the staff was friendly and professional.

great service. we had an issue with the scooter out at sea. I callled in and got a return call in a minute . walked me thru and fixed right away. I will use again. Thank you.

The customer service in Panama City Beach was amazing!. There was an issue with the battery and charger for my scooter but the team brought out replacements the next morning. I would rent again!

We needed a scooter for my 83 year old mother to get around Vegas with a bad knee. Ace was very friendly and spent time answering my questions about the rental and how the scooter worked and folded. My mother found it easy to get around and it made our trip so much more enjoyable! Thank you!
