You guys were amazing to deal with, and the process was super easy. I am not leaving a tip because I advertised the hell out of your company while on the trip. I was approached by over 30 people to talk about where I got my scooter from and the process of ordering it. I spent a lot of time going over this in detail. Something I think you should advertise would be the difference in tires on the scooters available. Many people had hard rubber tires, which made some terrain super bumpy. I, however, had inflatable tires and glided easily over everything. I had no idea what a difference this was, having never used a scooter before. Definitely a selling point for sure.
