There were multiple changes to my order. I never did get a final confirmation of what I was getting. This caused me not to receive the backpack that I ordered. It fell off some kind of way and I could have really used it.

Seamless from initiating request for an ultra light scooter, to arranging for delivery location to finalizing pickup. Angi was super with immediate responses and information. She contacted me per text messages and updates. We visited the historic Biltmore Estate and conservatory without any problems at all. Excellent experience and so very glad we were able to secure this scooter with Angie

In New Orleans the need arose to get a scooter. CLOUD OF goods came through immediately. Mike delivered and demonstrated how to use the scooter. He the picked it up with same smile and professionalism.

Overall, it was a positive experience for us. The rental scooter was comfortable for my husband and hassle-free from the airport, especially since we intended to bring our own. I took some time to verify and ask whether ours was TSA-approved.
