Jason and Bryan were in contant contact with me and were there to drop off and pick up at the appropriate times. This made taking care of my Mom easier. I would definatly rent from them again.

Overall great experience for our 1st rental! We did encounter a problem with our 1st scooter (potentially human error so be sure to ask questions on usuage and go for a good test drive when you 1st get it) but the delivery driver Elmer was very helpful and swung back around to help resolve the issue. No issue with pick up either so thank you. Customer service was attentive as well.
