I was very impressed with service from associate Carmen. My father's rental scooter was not holding a charge on the very first day of rental so she managed to exchange it for another scooter after my father reported the problem the next day. I appreciate quick customer service. Thank you Carmen!!

Sherrie was delightful and made drop off and pickup up easy and convenient. The scooter itself was just fine, other than the handle wouldn't stay tightened, so it fell down. We told Sherrie.
