My experience with Cloud of Goods was absolutely incredible! This was the first time I have ever rented a scooter, and it will definitely not be my last. The communication and customer service were top notch. When I arrived at each location, the scooters were already there and charged up. I had the best time because I rented a foldable scooter. I was able to take it on the USS Midway and in the museums at Balboa park. It also fit inside the hotel room and around the property. I highly recommend! The scooter was dropped off and picked up at the hotel I was staying at with ease. I will definitely be renting from here again!

I arrived in Dallas for the National Black Nurses Association conference at the Hilton Anatole with my dear 80 year old mother who has mobility issues. The Hilton Anatole is as beautiful as it is big. We soon realized that we would need some assistance to help Mom navigate the space. Another attendee mentioned that rental scooters were available. I googled and found Cloud of Goods. The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. The scooter was delivered to the hotel and we picked it up at the Bell Desk. At the end of the conference we simply dropped it back off at the Bell Desk. Having the scooter allowed Mom to take advantage of the full scope of activities throughout the conference. We attend these conferences together because she is my inspiration for becoming a nurse and I am so thankful for Cloud of Goods for making this such an accessible experience for us both. Thank you!!

Thank you Cloud of Goods for your prompt and courteous service communication online and over the phone was outstanding. And Mr Charles Delhomme Was very kind and courteous drop off was on time. Communication for pick up was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Visiting Orlando in need of additional equipment to get around.

Wonderful experience-Delivery was very professional and Mr.Joseph did a great job communicating and working around our busy schedule. Everything was very easy from the reservation to the pick up & drop off-It all went smooth! My son was very happy with the rental also-The scooter was in great condition & worked great! Thank you!
