To All, Being able to rent your scooter made the difference to my trip to Las Vegas. When I first arrived at Mandalay Bay hotel, I was excited for the festivities that were planned for my group but when I realized how much walking I had to do just to get to the restaurants and pool, I thought I will not be able to join my group's plans because I'm handicapped and not able to walk too much. I have a scooter at home and at work but now I thought "what am I going to do" if I can't get around and then the thought came to mind to if I could rent a scooter from a local vendor and your company came to my rescue. Kim Mobility was amazing to work with. She called beforehand to go over our needs and helped us determine that another scooter would suit us better at the same price. She delivered and picked it up directly at our hotel. My mom was able to join us on so many more adventures during our week in Tahoe. Thanks Kim we will definitely use your service again when we are in Tahoe.

Mobility Scooter arrived on time and was just as described. Worked great. We requested a change to our return day which was immediately accommodated. Every part of the rental process was easy and efficient.
