The delivery and pick up was excellent, the scooter worked very well and the charge held great! I would rent more often if it wasn’t so expensive. When I first picked it up at the hotel it was barely charged. Like maybe halfway. It would be better if it was fully charged when I got it.

It was very easy and convenient. The only thing I would say is the "how to" breakdown the scooter instructions would be helpful.

Great experience! SOOOOO Easy! The battery was dying halfway through our day and we were panicking a little as it is not easy to find plugs inside Disneyland. Jay was texting me to make sure we were ok and he ended up bringing us a fully charged battery and saved the day!!! He should receive a huge pat on the back! Thank you for everything!

Great service. Best price. Our scooter was at the hotel when we arrived in town. we had a courtesy text to let us know so we had no anxiety.... On the outbound they let us know exactly when they would pick up. Easy. Highly recommend!
