The company is great, but I was unable to use the scooter. The hotel had a lot of people walking in ever direction and I was afraid that I would get in an accident . I do appreciate your service. Thank You

No instruction manual, scooter did not beep when in reverse as that model usually does. There was no horn and no way to turn the light in. But your feo off and pick up style is the best and easy to accommodate

Very helpful on line and by phone. Easy to accomplish our lightweight scooter rental and loved the pickup and drop off option! Larger than what she was used to but we still got into trunk after collapsing it down. Thanks

My only problem was the pick up, I wasn't leaving until the morning of 27th so I didn't have a scooter for that the night of 26

i received exactly what i was promised and it was so easy! the scooter was ready when i got there, and i had no problems returning it. i received helpful text messages from the company and i appreciated that. even the price was better than other places i'd contacted. i'll be renting from them again for sure!
