It was great to have the wheels. My wife moved a couple of racks while shopping at John's pass. My daughter, sister-in-law and myself had a routine getting the scooter broke down to get in the van and putting it back together to ride. Without the scooter, we would have been limited to pushing her on the walker. She would race us walking and of course we could not keep up with her.

Thank you for being so easy to deal with. Drop off and pick up were easy and without stress. The only thing I would complain about is the basket was not attached very well. We just took it off. Other than that thank you for making our trip easier.

Rasha was amazing. My bike was dropped off in time for me to get around and enjoy my trip around Burbank. It made my trip even more special and smooth!

This equipment was a lifesaver for me. I did have a bit of trouble the second day with it running low on battery, but that was because I forgot to charge it the night before (so my fault). We did a lot of running around in Vegas and I would not have been able to do all the things that we did without the scooter. Thank you, you made my stay that much more enjoyable by having the mobility to do the things we did. :)

I didn’t realize that I should have ordered a 4 wheel scooter as I didn’t see any indicator for a place to do that, and the scooter was too small for my legs and feet, so it wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked. It performed very well even though it didn’t fit me as well as I would have liked. I did inform John that whenever I plugged the charger in or unplugged it, I got something black all over my hands and also on my clothes the first time I used it. I encouraged that to get fixed, because it was pretty messy. It saved me a lot of steps though. Thank you. Linda Ramsey

The scooter was great. It was delivered very promptly. The only glitch was calling too early on July 5 and getting an annoyed “Customer Service Rep”.

This was my3rd time renting a scooter from Cloud of Goods in 3 different cities: Atlanta, Washington, D.C. and now San Diego. I have been thrilled with the friendly staff that deliver and pick up the scooters. This time I rented one to use at home in San Diego. They worked with me to find a time that was convenient.
