Mario went above and beyond with his cuisine service. My battery was faulty once i was on the ship and he brought a fully charged working battery to the port befit we set sail and made sure it was delivered to my cabin. And afterwards he called to check on me using the scooter and if there were any issues. Will definitely recommend and use again

The scooter worked wonderfully, but it was a structural piece of garbage. For what I paid for 1 day, I would expect a scooter not being held together by duct tape. I had a bit of trouble putting it together and a local resident who had experience assisted me. She was aghast at the state of the body of the machine. I have rented several scooters that had faulty batteries so it was a relief that it worked all day, but really people. Duct tape?
