I appreciate the extra efforts that were made to get the scooter to us and the pick up at our Airbnb on Monday.

Peter and Ruth were very friendly and accommodating when receiving my scooter rental for my parents. Their communication was great and this service was a lifesaver to accommodate my parents who have mobility issues. I will definitely rent from them again.

Such a wonderful experience. I could not have made it through the conference without this mobility scooter.

The pick up and drop off service was excellent!! One of the scooters actually malfunctioned after a few minutes of using it, making it null and void for the rest of our trip. I ended up pushing my dad around in his wheelchair while his friend scooted around in the second scooter. The second scooter worked great! I know machines break down unexpectedly and though it was a bit of a set back and an inconvenience, I do thank you for making our week as special as possible! Hoping to speak with someone soon about what happened. Thank you!

Delivered and picked up as promised. Even kept in touch via text and phone calls to make sure everything was OK. Appreciate that very much! Thanks for an awesome experience and we look forward to next time.
