We were stuck in Denver traffic on I-25 that made us 15 min late for the arranged pick up time! Charles was so kind to wait for us to pick up the scooter for my Dad who had a stroke in November! We were able to celebrate his 77th birthday at Waterworld this miracle year and the scooter allowed my Dad to be able to get to the the rides with ease and helped reduce fatigue so he could enjoy himself immensely!!! Charles was on time to pick the scooter back up and made it so convenient. We are so very grateful for cloud of goods professional staff & excellent equipment!
