Scooter did not hold a charge all day. Scooter barely able to go up a small incline ramp. Basket was on crooked so got in the way at times, Otherwise, all was great!

The ordering process was easy and efficient. The day the scooter arrived I was called by a young man named Shawn I appreciated the communication on when would be a good time to deliver the scooter. Shawn showed up as promised and was so awesome! He had great communication skills and was super nice. The drop off process was just as great. I will be using their business again
