Everyone was more than helpful. I was my first time and I did not fully understand what I needed. I am not tech savvy. So I had a number of do overs. Everyone showed a great deal of patience as I floundered through. I ended up with what I needed and on time. Not completely sure how it all worked out, but I am so glad it did.

The battery did not last long even though it was powered off most of the time, including losing power quickly when going up inclined ramps with a moderate slope. Overall, the service convenience to deliver & pick up at the hotel was exceptional & stress-free.

We loved this last year.at Costume College 2023. I am certain 2024 will offer me freedom of mobility and ease of storage in my hotel room!

Our experience was great they were a little late but they communicated that they were stuck in traffic. They adjusted to my time changes for drop off and pick on several occasions and were always friendly the scooter was in great condition. I would highly recommend them.
