“I didn’t realize that I should have ordered a 4 wheel scooter as I didn’t see any indicator for a place to do that, and the scooter was too small for my legs and feet, so it wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked. It performed very well even though it didn’t fit me as well as I would have liked. I did inform John that whenever I plugged the charger in or unplugged it, I got something black all over my hands and also on my clothes the first time I used it. I encouraged that to get fixed, because it was pretty messy. It saved me a lot of steps though. Thank you.
