Had to call to find out where the driver was to drop off the scooter because I was waiting at the dropoff point for a good 20-30 minutes and he hadn't showed up yet. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Great experience! Staff was friendly and helpful...allowing us to adjust our rental pick up for the following morning so that we could spend more time in the parks. The only thing I would have changed was knowing exactly where I should have met to initially pick up the scooter (knowing the address would have helped) because we were unfamiliar with the parks, but staff was available to assist when we reached out. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Cloud of Goods to anyone looking to rent a scooter!

My only complaint is that the scooter is in need of a repair. The plastic part that covers the front wheels was broken and would sometimes jiggle around enough to get caught on the wheels and make turning impossible. Other than that the equipment and service was great.
