Jason was amazing. He dropped the scooter off last second to Disney World Magic Kingdom for us. We since incorrect reservation times he made it possible to keep it and be picked up from a different location! My mom was able to enjoy Disney with her kids without the stress of walking on her bad hip and ankle! 10/10 recommend and will always use Cloud of goods in the future!

Great communication. Delivered at the time I expected and the pick-up/drop off process was super easy. Scooter really helped me enjoy my vacation and the battery was pretty much full for the 3 days I used it. Highly recommend!
