Very efficient, timely and pleasant to work with. Came a week before F1 and thought I wouldn't be able to use scooter for my needs so I didn't reserve one, but was able to do same day delivery on the day I got in after seen I had access was wide. Five star folks.

Jason was amazing. He dropped the scooter off last second to Disney World Magic Kingdom for us. We since incorrect reservation times he made it possible to keep it and be picked up from a different location! My mom was able to enjoy Disney with her kids without the stress of walking on her bad hip and ankle! 10/10 recommend and will always use Cloud of goods in the future!

Great communication. Delivered at the time I expected and the pick-up/drop off process was super easy. Scooter really helped me enjoy my vacation and the battery was pretty much full for the 3 days I used it. Highly recommend!

I booked my scooter rental at 4:30pm and it was delivered to my hotel by 6pm. Excellent service and super convenient. Would definitely recommend
