Jason was outstanding to work with! He communicated with me on the night before dropping off the scooter to coordinate a time and location. He was on time with drop-off, and he gave me a tutorial on how to use the scooter safely and efficiently. Pick-up was just as easy! Thank you, Jason, for a pleasant rental experience.

A plus rentals was excellent. They communicated With me on delivery and sent me a picture of the scooter so I would know what to look for at the hotel. I sent them a message for pickup and they responded and picked up the item. Great experience!

Excellent communication. Appreciated the orientation upon drop off as we are new to the need. Woke up this morning and found the email that equipment was returned. This made my moms trip possible.

This guy Armen was amazing. We had a specific time window, same day reservation He told us where to meet and we misunderstood direction, couldn't figure out where we were supposed to meet. We called and told him where we were and two minutes later here comes riding in on the scooter. Amazing experience for never having rented a scooter before.
